The United States Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) is offering a $25,000 reward (nearly ₱1.5 million) for information leading to the arrest of Austin Jan Sy Yatco, a 27-year-old Filipino content creator from San Pedro, Laguna, who is wanted for his alleged role in an online child sexual exploitation network.
Yatco, who had longstanding ties to Plano, Texas, is now considered a fugitive and is believed to be in the Philippines.
A federal arrest warrant was issued against Yatco on January 23, 2026, by the US District Court for the Eastern District of New York, charging him with conspiracy to produce child pornography and conspiracy to receive and distribute child pornography.
Yatco, who went by the username “Hairy Lips” on his now-deleted YouTube and Discord accounts, rose to online notoriety during the COVID-19 pandemic for disrupting online classes and purportedly exposing pedophiles.
The FBI says Yatco is allegedly a member of “Greggy’s Cult,” an online network that operated on gaming and social media platforms including Discord, Roblox, and Counter-Strike: Global Offensive between 2019 and 2021.
Members of the group allegedly coerced minors into filming themselves in sexual acts and distributed the material within the network; the FBI also says the group targeted vulnerable individuals into self-harm, animal cruelty, and in some cases, suicide attempts.
Five other members of Greggy’s Cult — all in their 20s and based in various US states — were arrested and charged in December 2025 with child exploitation enterprise and related offenses.
