The Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA) has made it easier for Filipinos to access their civil documents.
The PSA announced that Filipinos can now view their official documents, such as birth and marriage certificates online.
In June, National Statistician Dennis Mapa issued an advisory regarding the PSA’s Serbilis website.
“Pwede ka nang mag-request ng Viewable Online sa psaserbilis.com.ph at ipa-print ito sa pinakamalapit na PSA CRS Outlet gamit ang DocPrint — hindi na kailangan ng appointment,” the PSA said in a Facebook post.
With this new feature, Filipinos can request viewable online copies of their documents — such as birth certificates, marriage certificates, Certificates of No Marriage (CENOMAR), and Certificates of Death (CENODEATH) — valid for 60 days using an access code.
The PSA said that application fees for viewable online documents are P130 for birth, marriage, and death certificates, and P185 for CENOMAR and CENODEATH.
These fees can be paid at any PSA Civil Registry System (CRS) or Census Serbilis (CES) outlet without needing an appointment.
If a printed copy is needed, users can avail of the DocPrint service for P80 at any PSA CRS outlet by presenting their viewable online access code.
Walk-ins are allowed, no appointment is needed, and the process is now much easier.
The PSA stated that this initiative is part of the Civil Registry System – Information Technology Project Phase II, which aims to enhance service delivery to the public.
