The program, launched by the Department of the Interior and Local Government (DILG), aimed to strengthen collaboration among local leaders in Metro Manila for better governance and public service delivery.
Mayor Belmonte is currently serving her third and final term as Quezon City mayor, having first been elected in 2019.
In the Philippines, local chief executives such as mayors and governors may serve a maximum of three consecutive three-year terms before they are required to step down.
